Yvonne Todd makes portraits, landscapes, and still lifes using studio photographic techniques and large format film cameras. Todd’s subject matter is often to do with the representation of archetypes, sentimentality, artifice, and imperfection. Her picture-making uses the traditions and conventions of studio portraiture and product photography with carefully staged compositions of people, places, and objects.

Here, Todd has made her photographic image on large-format 4x5 transparency film and printed it in the format of an A1 poster, offset printed on 200gsm recycled paper in an edition of 200. Each edition is signed and numbered by the artist.
